The shadow outline gets drawn, but none of the menu contents. This happens to all of the menus, including the right-click context menu, as well as various forms (e.g. hit Ctrl+Shift+A to open the assembler). The menu does work, however, and if you successfully blind-click on "close project", the menus return.
